I was born in Offenbach am Main in 1982 and still live here. After finishing secondary school at the Albert-Schweitzer-Schule, I studied business administration at Goethe University Frankfurt, majoring in business informatics and marketing, and graduated as a Diplom-Kaufmann in 2009.
Coordinating projects. Assuring quality. Bringing people together.
I hold a German business degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) and have spent more than 15 years working where technology, project management and communication meet. As a volunteer, I chair the non-profit association wie.mai.kai e.V.

At a glance
At Samsung I manage QA projects through to release, develop test strategies and test automation. A current focus is testing AI-based smartphone features. Before that, from 2010 to 2016, I worked as an IT consultant for software testing on assignment at Samsung. I gained my first professional experience in software product management at Deutsche Telekom.
Full careerSince 2009 I have chaired wie.mai.kai e.V., a non-profit association that promotes Japanese art and pop culture. Every year we organise the Japan convention Wie.MAI.KAI with a volunteer team, welcoming more than 3,000 visitors to the Stadthalle in Flörsheim am Main. I am responsible for finances, partners and permits, and I built the digital infrastructure of the association, from ticketing to admission control.
More about the volunteer workIn addition to my degree, I completed the IHK certificate course for project managers in 2014. Since 2024 I have also been an ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation Level).

Personal projects
Alongside my job and volunteer work, I develop my own software, usually where a concrete problem in the day-to-day work of the association needs solving. The results are in public use.
Convention plugin family
Two WordPress plugins for trade fairs and conventions: a programme planner with live ticker and room monitor, and an exhibitor directory with an interactive floor plan. Programme items and exhibitors are linked to each other.
Wie.MAI.KAI App
The digital companion for the convention: programme schedule with favourites and reminders, interactive floor plan, exhibitor directory and ticket wallet. Once loaded, everything works without a connection.
